Calm. Confident. Connected.
Whether you're planning ahead, feeling unsure, or navigating unexpected challenges — you don't have to figure it out alone.
Hi, I’m Lauren — a Registered Nurse and Certified Lactation Consultant.
I became a lactation consultant because I've been where you are. With my first baby, I felt uninformed and overwhelmed. With my second, I faced feeding challenges that nearly broke me — until one small adjustment from a consultant changed everything.
That experience inspired me to become the support I wished I'd had. Now, I help parents like you prepare before birth, find clarity in the noise of conflicting advice, and troubleshoot feeding challenges with calm, judgment-free guidance.
“Wherever you are — preparing, questioning, or struggling — I’ll meet you there.”
Calm, confidence, and connection — for every step of your feeding journey
